Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not refundable.

    After an order is placed, it can take 2-5 business days to leave our warehouse. Business days are currently defined as Monday – Friday. Please keep in mind; orders placed after 2pm MST or on a weekend will begin processing the following business day. If your order has not shipped in 5 business days please contact us and we will look into it for you.

    We currently ship via U.S. Mail or FedEx.

    After your order has left our warehouse, you will receive an email notifying you of your tracking number. For more information, simply log into your account and click the Order tab.

    Please Note: sometimes weather conditions delay shipments, including expedited shipping methods.  We are not responsible for late deliveries due to weather and natural disasters.

    If there is a discrepancy with your order (wrong product, quantity, color etc.) please understand no one is perfect… but we will make it right. Email us at sales@unitedarmory.com

    Credit card orders will only be shipped to an address the credit card company has on file.

    At this time, UNITED ARMORY ships merchandise to locations within the United State. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.



  • United Armory provides a life time limited manufacturer’s warranty against defects. If a Product contained a Manufacturing Defect when it was purchased United Armory, at its sole discretion, will (i) repair, (ii) replace, or (iii) provide a Warranty Credit for the Product. The amount of the Warranty Credit shall be equal to the purchase price of the Product paid. United Armory reserves the right to inspect any Product subject to a warranty claim to determine, at its sole discretion, whether the claimed defect is a Manufacturing Defect or otherwise.
  • Warranty does not cover any defects due to improper use, improper repair, physical damage or neglect.
  • All Warranty Credits may be used toward the purchase of any United Armory Products. Note that United Armory regularly changes the models, colors, and styles of its Products and cannot guarantee the availability of an exact replacement for any Product. UNITED ARMORY DOES NOT ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR INDIRECT DAMAGES UNDER THIS LIMITED WARRANTY.
    Your warranty is under the sole discretion of United Armory and failure to follow the required procedures may cause your warranty to become void.
  • We are not responsible for items lost in transit. For this reason, we highly recommend getting a tracking number or delivery confirmation when shipping your package.

  • We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and BitCoin*.
  • *Please email is in advanced if you wish to pay via BitCoin.
  • For orders placed by credit card, your credit card is authorized at the time of order placement, and payment is deducted upon order shipment.


Return Policy

  • Customers may request a refund (less shipping charges) or exchange within 7 days of receipt of the merchandise. All orders are nonrefundable after 7 days. A 20% handling & restocking fee will be charged on ALL returns.
  • Shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable.All returns must be authorized. A Return Authorization Number must be obtained prior to returning any merchandise. Merchandise must be in original condition and contain all original material. Incomplete returns will incur a an additional restocking fee.
  • BEFORE returning any products please email us first to receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) and prominently write it on the outside of the package.  Packages will not be accepted without an RMA.
